I visited Morshedi House with my parents on the way to Tehran (from Esfahan) and all three of us absolutely loved the place.
- We started from the coffeeshop upstairs, it was cozy and tastefully designed with nice music. The young gentleman working there welcomed us very warm and explained the menu very friendly. I ordered based on his recommendation, "Saffron Ice Cream affogato" which was an interesting Iranian/Italian dessert! My parents loved their cake and ice creams too.
- The hotel manager, Mr. Shahryar Salimi was super kind to give us a tour of hotel and explained some about how fine and artfully they've renovated the buildings. He was very knowledgable about the history of the area and buildings. We enjoyed walking around and taking pictures.
- Last we ate dinner which was fantastic. I went for a traditional food called "Kalajoush" and can't decide if I enjoyed my food better or the view!! The architecture of the building is amazing..
- My only regret is that we couldn't stay at the hotel for the night. Next time I visit Iran definitely I'll reserve a room in advance!
